Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we've made the process straightforward to get you back on your board as soon as possible.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging with tags attached, and were purchased within the last 30 days.

  Request a Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique RMA number.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items, including the RMA slip inside, and use a tracked shipping service to send the parcel back to our warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned hardware or apparel, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
